Sorry I have been abesent in my blog posting as of late. I really fell off the band wagon the last couple of months. Now I am re committed to starting a new me and changing my life for the better. I'm going to try and buy organic food because supposidily those are better for you. Any ideas on other ideas for healthy eating? One thing i'm going to do is bring a lean cusine for lunch because you know exactaly what your eating and how much. Hope everyone is doing well.
