So i've really got back on the wagon and been jumpstarted i lost about 7 pounds or so in a week -week and a half. I'm doing cardio 7 days a week. I've also been eating more organic food and i'm really excited to shed all this excess weight as i still want to lose around 100 pounds. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Hey! so now i'm completely motivated to do this and stick to the plan. I'm happy and now i have got into a rhythm for exercise and do it daily. Once I get on the machine it feels good when i get off. Do you think its good to only weight yourself once a week? the reason why i say this is i'm going to weigh myself on tuesdays because that is the day of the biggest loser so we will see how the progress is.

I finally have gotten back into it of diet and exercise. I will not let myself get off of what i'm doing this time. I want the band to help me but i must help myself. I started eating better and exercising regularly a few days ago. I need to stick to this and i'm excited to lose more weight and do better. i'm trying also to eat more organic food.
