People that are at their sweet spot how much can you eat? Like if you were to eat a sandwich how much would you be able to eat?

so i have a question for everyone, what are some of the things you do to keep yourself motivated? You all look amazing and beautful. What are your typical eating patterns and workouts like?

So..........................I had my upper GI this morning. The dr thinks it may just be edema. They said that the fluid was flowing nicely through the band and it looked good and wasn't obstructed so I think its just getting used to it.

So I went to the dr's and he didn't seem to think 1/2 cc would cause a bunch of difference so now I have to go in for an upper gi tomorrow.

Hey! how do yo u know when you have enough restriction? What are the signs of having to much fluid in your band?

updated page

Hey Everybody so my fills is maki ng me feel like i have more restriction. I updated my blog page let me know if you have any suggestions. It's hard to stay away fromt he bad food but so far i'm doing a good job. I'm excited to drop all this excess weight. I'm stuck at work till 3:30 then going to grab a quick workout.

6 cc

Hey! I went to the dr's this morning and he put 1/2 a cc in I now have 6 cc in a 10 cc band i already feel like i'm feeling more restriction. When i get out of work i'm gonna go home and work out. Now time for liquids for a few days.

12 pounds

So since i've started getting my act togather in around a month i have lost 12 pounds. I'm happy that having a healthier lifestyle. What are you doing to encourage yourself in having a healthier life style.

Hmmmm i'm thinking tonight I will go home and either do the bike or treadmill for 1/2 an hour then try boxing for nintendo wii then i'm going to prob do some strengh training well maybe i'll do strengh training first. What is everyone doing for their workout today?

yay for me!!!!!!!

so a few weeks back when i said i'm getting back into it. I really have i'm happy i've lost about 10 or 11 pounds in about 3 or 4 weeks so i'm happy and its going well! I'm excited to finally lose all this excess weight. The band is really working well and I like it. I like the restriction it gives. How's everyone doing?

It feels so good to be successful. I've maintained exercising and trying to eat better. It feels good trying to be healthy. I've been trying to buy organic, Does anyone have any suggestions?
