I was kind of impressed with myself yesterday! I worked 9-9 and got out of work and went home and did 30 min on the exercise bike. I so didn't want to...............but once I was down there and got on the bike it wasn't that hard. My goal that i've made is to workout every day untill my next dr'sappt on june 11th. It will be tough, but I think it's possible. How much cardio do you usually do a day and how many times a week?
