i was impressed!

I was kind of impressed with myself yesterday! I worked 9-9 and got out of work and went home and did 30 min on the exercise bike. I so didn't want to...............but once I was down there and got on the bike it wasn't that hard. My goal that i've made is to workout every day untill my next dr's appt on june 11th. It will be tough, but I think it's possible. How much cardio do you usually do a day and how many times a week?

  2. I'm impressed with you too! I do a shocking small amount of exercise, I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week but that is pretty much it.
    When I was working, I used to find doing exercise before work the best thing to do, if I was planning to do it afterwards I would find 100 excuses not to bother. But first thing in the morning I wasn't awake enough to argue with myself!

  3. Great job. I'm not banded yet, but when I was doing well with working out I'd work out 40 minutes 5 times a week and 30 minutes of weights about 3 times a week.

  4. I am recovering from a foot injury so do about 3 cardio type things a week and have been allowed to add 15 min walking every second day. I have still lost over 50lbs in 5 mths. Good work from you
