Hey! It was a tough week. I took a mini vacation from work and went to Boston for a couple days. Had a great time, But I ate like crap. Im back on track now. One thing I noticed is how easy it is to gain weight. I need to get on a routine and stick to it. I always do great for a week or 2 then go off then back on. I need to stick to it this time. One thing that is motivating me is i'm going to NYC in september! I'd like to get to the lowest weight possible, which means i need to buckle down.
