In the morning..............

i always have trouble and vomit and its hard to keep stuff down any advice?

  3. Most people's band are tighter in the mornings when you have good restriction. Don't make yourself try to eat right away if you can't. I know I just drink coffee until about 10 then if I'm hungry I can eat a protein bar. I know some people just have liquids until lunch. Good luck !

  4. Same here I dont always eat breakfast, just coffee. I try and eat a slider food for bfast if I do wanna eat that way I dont get stuck

  5. I eat greek yogurt in the morning, mushie and lots of protein. You might want to give it a try.
