appt tomorrow

Ok! So I'm finally starting to get back on track.........i'm nervous for my appt tomorrow as it will show prob a 15-20 pound gain in like 6 not good. I was going to reschedule, and try to lose weight first that way I wouldn't get yelled at as much, but I need a fill. any suggestions for keeping with exercise I always get off to a great start and then fall off again........I just need to tell myself to do it to become and get the body i want
